Eddie Abbew’s Approved Food List: What Does Eddie Abbew Eat?

Former professional bodybuilder and psychiatric nurse Eddie Abbew left the NHS as he was disillusioned with how the health service operated. The gym owner has amassed a huge following on Tik Tok and Instagram due to his no-nonsense criticism of processed foods and his love for whole foods. But what exactly does Eddie Abbew eat?

Eddie has gained extensive knowledge of nutrition through his time as a professional bodybuilder in the UK in the 1980’s and 90’s. He admits he’s gone full circle on some of his views as he realized certain foods and diet fads were being promoted just to make money. Through his time as a psychiatric nurse, he also discovered how our diet can affect our mental wellbeing as well as physical health.
