What does Gary Brecka eat?
Gary Brecka highly recommends eating a whole food diet. Here are some quotes from the man himself:
“Get as close to the soil as possible. The further we get from the soil, the worse the food gets. The problem is not actually the food – it’s what happens between where the food is harvested and how it makes it to the table.”
“I eat very little vegetables. I eat asparagus, brussels sprouts, heads of broccoli and arugula. Those are my go-to. Lots of avocado but that’s technically a fruit.”
“I’m big on healthy fats so I always have half an avocado with breakfast, and I have the other half for lunch."
“Fruits are fine. I prefer fruits that end in ‘berry’.”
“I eat a lot of organic berries. Fruits that end in ‘berries’ are lowest on the glycemic index. So, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, strawberry. They’re super high in flavonoids which are excellent for your arterial health.”

“If chickens are cage-free it means they’re out of their cage and they could be eating a bunch of s#it. If they’re organic is just means that they’re generally free of antibiotics and hormones. But when they’re pasture raised that means they’re out of the cage, out in the fields eating bugs, worms grass, all the things that chickens are meant to eat.”
“Sometimes I’ll take some arugula and olive oil. I eat a lot of grass-fed beef, I eat a lot of line-caught salmon. I eat a lot of free-range pasture-raised eggs. These things are great for you.”
“You need four oils in your life. A coconut oil for cooking, a ghee butter, grass-fed butter or tallow. You need an olive oil and an avocado oil at room temperature. That’s all you need. So four to cook and two to use for salads and dressings.”
“If it’s a palm oil, a sunflower oil, a safflower oil, guys, these are rancid, toxic, inflammatory, neuroinhibitory chemicals that we’re putting int our bodies.”
What does Gary Brecka drink?
Gary Brecka drinks hydrogen water rather than normal water or alkaline water due to its potential health benefits. Hydrogen water is regular water with excess hydrogen added to it. Talking about this type of water, Gary says:
"One of the things I tell people to get out of their lives, besides GMO food, is tap water. Today should be the day that you never drink tap water again."

Is black rice good for the body?
When you talk about cold water what du you reely mean. As cold as we have here in Norway wintertime or as cold water as we have in summertime as we can swim by the seashore, Wintertime: from 5 degree C and down ( that can be the end ) or Summertime from 12 degree C and up to 20 degree C. Ice bading is not the normal thing to do, its a lot of work and planing.
